Jack Kins

Jack Kins is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in acquisitions, mergers, and financial management. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Mergers at Perry Homes since October 2023, Kins previously founded and managed CGF Advisory Group LLC, providing strategic advisory services to private companies and high-net-worth individuals. From January 2018 to March 2023, Kins was the Chief Financial Officer at Senterra, LLC, and concurrently held the position of Partner and CFO at Cooke Slickline, LLC. Kins has a robust background as CFO for Stude Investments LP & Big Covey Exploration LP, GC Services LP, and served as a Senior Consultant for Arthur Andersen LP early in the career. Kins holds a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston.
