Kyle Kooda

Kyle Kooda is an experienced professional in the real estate and construction industries. Currently serving as a Land Associate at Perry Homes since May 2022, Kyle focuses on acquiring lots and land for homesites across the DFW metroplex. Previously, Kyle worked as a Sales Support Specialist at Gold Medal Construction Inc, where assistance was provided to the commercial sales team in estimating, bidding, and permitting construction projects. Kyle also held roles at Gold Medal Pools, including Permitting Coordinator, where experience was gained in obtaining residential construction permits, and Measurement Technician, responsible for recording detailed measurements for design and estimation purposes. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University, completed in May 2022.
