Yordano Gutierrez

Yordano Gutierrez currently serves as the Phase I Construction Manager at Perry Homes in Marvida 45’, Cypress, Texas, a role held since June 2021. Previously, Yordano worked as the Phase II Construction Manager in both Marvida 45’ and Sienna 55’ in Missouri City, Texas, and started as a Construction Management Trainee and Construction Intern at The Groves. Prior to Perry Homes, Yordano gained experience at H-E-B as a NH Customer Service Representative and Assistant Service Manager from August 2017 to August 2021. Yordano holds a degree in Construction Management, with a focus on Commercial Construction, from the University of Houston, obtained in December 2021.
