James Lee

James Lee is an accomplished financial executive with a robust background in leading finance and operations within software and technology firms. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Perry Weather since January 2025, James previously held the same position at GDS Link from January 2022 to December 2024, driving customer-centric credit decisioning solutions. Prior to that, James was both Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Ser Technology Corporation, where responsibilities included finance, accounting, and operational leadership until the company's acquisition by GDS Link in 2021. James's experience also includes serving as Principal at MHT Secondary Advisors and Vice President at Cogent Partners, specializing in advising limited partners on private equity transactions. James holds a BBA in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
