Rachel Conrad

Rachel Conrad is a licensed realtor at Perry Wellington Realty since January 2015 and has also held the position of bookkeeper. In addition, Rachel has been an instructor at Point of Fitness since August 2020 and has served as a real estate instructor at Advance Academy, LLC since June 2019. Rachel has a long-standing role as a bookkeeper at Abstract Closing Services, LLC since July 2017 and has been a dance teacher at Pauline Baker Rodgers School since September 2015. Prior experience includes working as a server and hostess at Outback Steakhouse from March 2013 to October 2016 and as an assistant mortgage loan originator at Circuit Mortgage, LLC from January 2015 to September 2015. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Penn State University, completed in 2016.
