John Lance Kowcheck

John Lance Kowcheck has extensive experience in quality assurance and property management. Since February 1993, Kowcheck has served as a Quality Assurance Inspector and Calibration Technician at The Perryman Company, where responsibilities have included final inspection of over 30 different medical product families, employing geometric dimensioning and tolerancing and utilizing various precision measuring equipment. Additionally, Kowcheck has managed a family-owned apartment rental business since January 1991, overseeing tenant screening, lease agreements, and maintenance tasks. Kowcheck holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from West Virginia University.
