Joe Zwirecki

Joe Zwirecki has had a diverse range of work experience in various management positions. Joe most recently worked as the Vice President of Operations at Perry's Ice Cream starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of North America Operations at New Era Cap from January 2020 to April 2022.

Before that, Joe held the position of Vice President of Operations at Nissha Medical Technologies from January 2019 to January 2020, where they oversaw all operations functions and was responsible for manufacturing, maintenance, distribution, and facility-related areas. Joe also served as the Chief Operating Officer at BHS Foodservice Solutions from 2018 to 2019, where they managed critical operations functions, including purchasing, planning, supply chain, inventory control, and facility-related areas.

From 2014 to 2018, Joe worked as the General Manager at Republic Services, where they were responsible for overseeing critical functions such as sales, operations, maintenance, engineering, procurement, human resources, and finance. Prior to that, they held various management roles at New Era Cap Company, Inc., including Senior Director of Materials Management and Manufacturing, Director of Domestic Operations, and Planning and Scheduling Manager.

Joe's work experience also includes a role as a Production Manager at Graphic Controls (Tyco International) from 2000 to 2003, where they were responsible for managing the production operation to achieve established financial goals and service level goals. Joe also served as the Purchasing/Production Planning Manager & Buyer at Graphic Controls Holdings, Inc. from 1995 to 2000.

Joe Zwirecki graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. Joe then pursued further education and obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York, specializing in Finance from 1996 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Joe has also completed the Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership in 2012.
