Tina Papadaki

As Global Vice President, People, Tina Papadaki is responsible for leading our people team and strategy, as well as fostering a culture that drives organizational growth. She has more than a decade of experience in human resources and people management and is skilled as in various aspects of HR, including talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and recruitment.

Tina rejoined Persado in fall 2025 after serving as VP of People at Plum. Her earlier experience includes advisor roles at KPMG in People Services and Executive Search at Stanton Chase.

She holds a Master of Science degree in Occupational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Nottingham. Tina is from Greece and has lived there most of her life with some years spent abroad in the United Kingdom. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and watching and playing basketball.
