Carolyn Flowers

Carolyn Flowers is an experienced leader in human resources and talent management, currently serving as Vice President of Global People Partners and Employee Relations at Fastly since March 2025. Prior to Fastly, Carolyn held various roles at Google from June 2014 to July 2024, including Director of People Operations, where strategic HR support was provided to the Vice Presidents of Americas Large Customer Sales and global agencies, overseeing approximately 4,000 employees. Carolyn's previous experience includes significant positions at McKinsey & Company, where roles spanned from Director & Chief of Staff to management of global mobility and compensation structures. Carolyn began a career in executive search at Russell Reynolds Associates. Carolyn holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Cornell University.
