Kerri Bland

Kerri Bland is an experienced professional in land planning, currently serving as the Land Planning Director at Persimmon Homes from June 2017 to June 2025. Prior to this role, Kerri held various positions, including Planning Director and Head of Planning at Dover District Council from April 2008 to October 2016. Kerri also contributed to education in urban and environmental planning at London South Bank University, where Kerri was a Planner and Senior Technical Assistant from January 2012 to December 2016. Kerri holds a Bachelor's Degree in Urban and Environmental Planning with a focus on Land Use Planning and Management/Development from London South Bank University, completed in January 2016.
