Caroline Frulla

Caroline Frulla has extensive experience in corporate capture, bid and proposal management, and project management, currently serving as the Manager of Corporate Capture, Bid and Proposal at Persistent Systems, LLC since May 2017. Previous roles at Persistent Systems include Project Manager for the Capture Team, Senior Management Analyst, Management Analyst, and Technical Writer. Prior to this, Caroline Frulla gained valuable skills as a Documentation Intern at Innovative Interfaces and as a Technical Writer at Virginia Tech Network Infrastructure and Services. An early career experience includes working as a Marketing Intern at Yoga 4 Change. Caroline Frulla earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from Virginia Tech in 2017.
