Balaji Gangishetty

Balaji Gangishetty serves as the Senior Vice President and Growth Leader for the High-tech and ISV Business at Persistent Systems since December 2023. Prior to this role, Balaji held the position of Senior Vice President and High-tech & ISV Business Unit Leader at Ness Digital Engineering from July 2020 to November 2023. Balaji's experience also includes serving as Vice President of Sales for the High-tech and ISV Business at GlobalLogic from January 2018 to July 2020 and Vice President and Practice Leader for Product Engineering Services at Hitachi Vantara from January 2011 to December 2017. Earlier in the career, Balaji worked at Sierra Atlantic in various capacities, including Delivery Manager and Principal Consultant, from July 2002 to December 2007. Balaji holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from Osmania University and Loyola Academy, earned between 1995 and 1998.
