Ranjana Rane is an experienced professional in leadership and people development, currently serving as the Head of Leadership & People Development at Persistent Systems since June 2016. Prior to this role, Ranjana held the position of Learning & Development Leader for Asia at Cummins Power Generation from March 2011 to February 2015, and served as Senior Manager for Learning & Organizational Development at Tech Mahindra from August 2007 to March 2011. Ranjana's career includes consultancy work in talent transformation at Wipro Technologies and an academic role as Associate Professor and Management Development Program Consultant at the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in Pune from 1999 to 2006.
