Sushant Watghare is a Pune-based cyber security professional with over 18 years of experience in managing cyber defense practices for large clients across North America and Europe. Currently serving as Associate Vice President at Persistent Systems, Sushant leads global cybersecurity transformations and architecting integrated Cyber Fusion Centers. Sushant has previously held leadership roles at companies such as Accenture and Wipro Limited, where they managed large-scale projects and client relationships, while contributing to growth strategies and talent development. Sushant earned a degree from Nagpur University between 2001 and 2005.
