Sharon Twaddle-McGinnis has a diverse background in healthcare, with experience in various leadership roles. Sharon started their career in 1995, serving as a Captain in the Army Healthcare sector until 2003. Sharon then joined Duke University Health System as a Clinical Quality Manager, focusing on Perioperative Services, Women's Services, and Neuromuscular clinical service units. In 2005, they transitioned to Carolinas HealthCare System as the Director of Quality, where they oversaw performance improvement activities and accreditation compliance for Scotland Memorial Hospital. Sharon achieved Six Sigma Black Belt certification in performance improvement methodology during their tenure. Since 2010, Sharon has been working at Persivia as the Vice President of Client Services, responsible for directing the implementation and delivery of data products to healthcare providers nationwide. Sharon partners with the executive team to leverage innovative technology solutions to improve care quality, efficiency, and reduce costs.

Sharon Twaddle-McGinnis has a diverse education history spanning multiple fields. In 1994, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science from Lewis University. Following this, they pursued further education in the healthcare field and completed a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Saint Joseph's College between 2003 and 2007.
