Michelle Toye

Michelle Toye is the Director of Self Directed Supports where she oversees Fiscal Intermediary Services for people who choose to self-direct their services.

Prior to her role as Director of Self Directed Supports, Michelle was a Medicaid Service Coordinator at PCCS and a teacher for children with Intellectual Disabilities in Queens, New York. She also previously worked as an Assistant Supervisor of a supervised IRA for young adults on Staten Island.

Outside of work, Michelle loves spending time with her family. She holds a Master of Science degree in General and Special Education.
