Audrey van Lare

Audrey Van Lare is an experienced professional in the field of care coordination and Medicaid service management. Currently serving as a Care Coordinator at Person Centered Services Care Coordination Organization, LLC since July 2018, Audrey has previously held the role of Medicaid Service Coordinator at both People Inc. from January 2013 to June 2018 and DePaul from April 2007 to December 2012.
