Michele Lowes

Michele Lowes has extensive work experience in the care coordination and support services field. Michele began their career in 1995 as a Residence Manager and Residential Support at Heritage Christian Services. Michele then transitioned to the role of Medicaid Service Coordinator and later became the Associate Director of MSC, where they oversaw multiple programs and gained experience in budgeting, strategy, policy writing, and change leadership. In 2018, they joined Person Centered Services Care Coordination Organization, LLC as the Local Director of Care Coordination.

Michele Lowes pursued their education from 2009 to 2012, during which they attended SUNY Brockport. Michele successfully obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from this institution, demonstrating their dedication to understanding the complexities of the human mind.
