Nayithe Jalowayski (she/her)

Nayithe Jalowayski has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as a Shabahz at Unity Health System. In this role, they assisted elders with various tasks and worked alongside a clinical support team. In 2016, they transitioned to People Inc. as a Medicaid Service Coordinator, supporting families and individuals to maximize their quality of life. Nayithe later became a Medicaid Service Coordinator Supervisor, overseeing a team of coordinators and ensuring high standards of service. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Person Centered Services Care Coordination Organization, LLC as the Director of Care Coordination, where they lead the coordination of care services.

Nayithe Jalowayski (she/her) completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Health Care Administration and Spanish from SUNY Brockport. Nayithe attended SUNY Brockport from 2009 to 2015.
