Kate Colborne-Baber

Kate Colborne-Baber is an experienced leader in the health and social care sectors, currently serving as the Programme Director for Care Management at Person Centred Software Ltd since November 2024 and as Managing Director at KareInn since October 2021. With a strong background in operational management, Kate has previously held the role of Director of Operations at What Works for Children's Social Care, driving evidence-based initiatives for better outcomes in children's services.
