Lauren Franciamore

Lauren Franciamore has a diverse range of work experience in the social services field. Lauren began their career in 2004 as a Social Worker at the YAI National Institute for People with Disabilities, where they worked until 2007. From there, they joined Community Centers Inc. of Greenwich as a Social Worker, serving in that role until 2013. In 2014, they were promoted to Executive Director of the same organization, a position they held until 2017. In 2017, Lauren joined Person-to-Person as the Director of Social Services, and later became the Chief Programs Officer in August 2018.

Lauren Franciamore began their education in 1999 at Sacred Heart University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Social Work. Lauren successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2003. Following their bachelor's degree, Lauren enrolled at New York University in 2003, where they pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree. Lauren'spostgraduate studies concluded in 2004.
