Asim Pasha

Asim Pasha is a seasoned professional in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as the Chief Programs Officer at Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) since June 2017. In this role, Asim directs multi-billion rupee project portfolios and has achieved 100% project completion across 16+ projects. Previous positions include Head of Program Design & HR, where Asim expanded PSDF's project portfolio and secured substantial revenue growth, and Head of HR, implementing strategies that significantly improved engagement and gender diversity. Asim's extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Warid Telecom, focusing on organizational development, talent management, and HR strategies, as well as various HR positions at Mobilink and the British High Commission. Asim holds multiple degrees, including an MBA and a Master's in Human Resources Development.
