Steve Callow has extensive experience in IT project management and development across various industries. Currently, Steve serves as Assistant Site Manager at Person-to-Person, having transitioned from a volunteer role where Steve was recognized as Volunteer of the Year in 2017. Prior to this, Steve worked at IBM Global Services as a Delivery Manager, overseeing development projects and ensuring adherence to SDLC standards. Additionally, Steve held roles at UBS as Director of IT Development Project Manager, managing a strategic Foreign Exchange Settlement System, and at Pitney Bowes and Sikorsky Aircraft in senior programming capacities. Steve's early career includes positions at Bank of America and General Reinsurance, where foundational programming and systems engineering skills were developed.
