Aila Joson has extensive experience in talent acquisition and operations management, currently working at Persona since March 2021, where responsibilities include sourcing leads, managing applicant pipelines, and developing strategic recruiting strategies. Prior to Persona, Aila held roles at Career Purveyors Co. from July 2015 to March 2021, first as Administrative Manager and then as Assistant Operations Manager, focusing on client relations and financial tracking within the hospitality recruitment sector. Earlier experience includes a position as Pan Grill Specialist at Seattle's Best Coffee from July 2013 to February 2014 and as a Management Trainee at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company from December 2011 to June 2012. Aila holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Santo Tomas, earned in 2012.
