Lyna dela Rosa

Lyna Dela Rosa is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Senior Organization Development Manager at Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. since May 2024. Previously, Lyna held the position of Organization Development Manager at Republic Biscuit Corporation (REBISCO) from September 2023 to July 2024, and spent several years at PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies in various roles, including Head of HR Business Partnering and Human Resources Organization Development Manager, where Lyna led employee engagement initiatives and managed change communications. Lyna's earlier experience includes leadership in talent assessment and recruitment strategies, as well as workforce planning.
