Sierra Scott's work experience begins in 2016 as an Information Technology Help Desk at Career Connections Incorporated. In this role, they responded to inquiries through various channels, diagnosed issues, and provided excellent customer service. Sierra then joined PCI in 2017 as a Service Desk Analyst and worked in this position until 2020. In 2020, they were promoted to Senior Service Desk Analyst and held this role until 2021. Following that, Sierra became a Service Desk Supervisor from 2021 to 2022. Their next promotion was to Support Services Manager, where they established efficient workflows, managed a team, and made recommendations for product or service changes based on customer feedback. Currently, Sierra holds the position of Support Services Manager - Systems Administration at PCI.
Sierra Scott completed their education from 2009 to 2013 at Mckinley High School. Sierra did not receive a degree or pursue any specific field of study during this period. Later, from 2014 to 2017, they attended Erie Community College and earned an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S) degree in Information Technology. Sierra also obtained a certification in NETWORK SUPPORT TECHNOLOGY from Erie Community College in May 2017. In August 2019, they obtained the HDI Support Center Analyst certification from HDI. Furthermore, in April 2023, Sierra obtained the HDI Support Center Manager (SCM) certification from HDI.
