Stephanie Hobbs has a diverse range of work experience. Stephanie started their career as a Security Guard at Contemporary Security Canada, where they were responsible for bag-checks, security screenings, and ensuring the safety of patrons. Stephanie then worked as a Fast Food Team Member at Tim Hortons, gaining skills in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service. Stephanie also worked as a Teaching Assistant at the York Catholic District School Board, where they managed a classroom, facilitated daily activities, and enhanced student engagement. Stephanie further developed their training and teaching skills as a Department Trainer at Loblaw Companies Limited, where they were responsible for training new hires and preparing them for certification. Stephanie has also worked as a Barista at Starbucks, where they focused on customer service and honed their skills in beverage crafting. Most recently, Stephanie worked as a Shift Supervisor at Certified Listeners Society, providing support to volunteers, performing risk assessments, and facilitating the training of new supervisors. Stephanie is currently working as an Operations and Customer Support Coordinator at Thrive Career Wellness Platform. Overall, Stephanie has demonstrated a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and supporting others.

Stephanie Hobbs began their education in 2015, attending the University of Toronto, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Psychology. Stephanie completed their undergraduate studies in 2019. In the same year, they obtained multiple certifications related to mental health and support, including Naloxone Response Training, safeTALK suicide alertness training, and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST). Additionally, Stephanie completed Peer Support Mentorship Training through Hope and Me - Mood Disorders Association of Ontario.

In 2018, they obtained a Barista Trainer Certification from Starbucks, showcasing their expertise in the field. Following their bachelor's degree, Stephanie pursued further education at Centennial College in 2019, where they completed a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management in 2020.

Continuing their professional development, Stephanie obtained a certification in Productivity Tips: Taking Control of Email from LinkedIn in March 2022. Overall, Stephanie Hobbs has a diverse educational background in psychology, human resources management, and mental health support.
