Nicholas del Nuovo

Nicholas Del Nuovo has extensive work experience, starting their career in 2010 at Delaware North. At Delaware North, they worked their way up from a supervisor to an assistant manager, then to a department manager, and finally became an assistant general manager in 2018. Nicholas stayed with the company until 2023. In 2023, they joined Personal Touch Food Service as the Vice President of Business Development.

Nicholas Del Nuovo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Buffalo State University, obtained from 2009 to 2012. Nicholas also has additional certifications in Advance Training in Hospitality from the State University of New York at Buffalo State, as well as certifications in ServeSafe and Tips.
