Brad Schlicht

Brad Schlicht is the current Vice President of Operations at Persona. Brad has also worked as a Purchasing and Production Planner at Essentia Water, a Logistics Manager at Your Local Market, LLC, and a Logistics and Warehouse Associate at SaltWorks, Inc. Most recently, they were the Director of Logistics at Organic To Go. In their current position, Brad is responsible for inventory management, raw materials procurement, shipping/receiving, processing, production scheduling, and product distribution. Prior to their work at Persona, Brad gained extensive experience in logistics and management, which they have used to streamline operations and improve efficiency at their previous companies.

Brad Schlicht has an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) from Bellevue College, a High School Diploma from Eastlake High School, and is currently attending Washington State University.

Brad Schlicht reports to Jason Brown, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Mark Southern - CFO, Tamara Bernadot - Founder & Chief Nutrition Officer, and Sara Tindaro - VP of Business Development.
