Matthew Heman

Matthew Heman has extensive experience in client service and project management. Since January 2012, Matthew has served as the Director of Client Service at Fishbowl, where responsibilities include overseeing client implementation and long-term support while maintaining strong interdepartmental relationships. Prior roles at Fishbowl include Implementation Manager and various marketing positions, contributing to the successful growth of the company's digital acquisition program. Matthew also worked as a freelance project manager from January 2000 to November 2015, specializing in program development, and served as the Lead Writer at Cell Phone Plans from March 2009 to June 2015.
