Adam Avramescu

Adam Avramescu has extensive experience in the field of customer education and engagement. Adam currently holds the position of VP of Customer Education & Engagement at Personio, where they are responsible for leading the customer education and engagement initiatives. Prior to this, they co-founded and co-hosted a successful podcast focused on customer education and launched a website and community dedicated to shaping the field. Adam has also served as the Director of Enterprise Customer Learning & Enablement at Slack, where they grew the team and developed various learning programs for enterprise customers. Before their role at Slack, they were the Head of Customer Education & Training at Checkr, Inc., where they built the customer education department and implemented effective onboarding and learning resources. Adam has also worked at Optimizely as the Director of Optiverse Community & Customer Education, leading the growth of knowledge, learning, and community portal. Adam'scareer also includes positions at Kasasa, where they managed training content and evaluation, and at Enspire Learning, where they started as a content developer and instructional designer. Adam has a strong background in developing training programs and content and has received recognition for their work in the field.
