Elena Ilioi

Elena Ilioi, PhD, is a seasoned Design and Research Manager at Personio since May 2021, previously serving as a Research Manager and UX Researcher at HolidayCheck Group AG. With expertise in user experience research, Elena collaborated with a major automotive manufacturer on a virtual reality project and led remote usability tests for a premium appliances website while freelancing at USEEDS° GmbH. Prior experience includes project leadership at HYVE, where Elena managed international design research projects and developed innovative strategies for the auto industry and consumer goods. Elena holds a PhD in Psychology and an MPhil in Public Health from the University of Cambridge, alongside a BA from McGill University, demonstrating a strong academic background complemented by diverse roles across research and consulting.
