Gesine Halligan

Gesine Halligan is an experienced leader in revenue and sales enablement with a diverse background spanning over two decades in various organizations. Since March 2023, Gesine serves as the Director of Revenue Enablement at Personio, where the focus is on uniting enablement teams to enhance customer-facing employee performance. Prior to this role, Gesine was the Senior Director of Field Enablement Global at DocuSign, overseeing regional enablement teams and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Previous positions include Director of Sales Enablement at Imperva, Director of Global Customer Care Training at LogMeIn, and Leader of Learning & Development at Citrix, among others. Gesine holds a Diploma in Organizational Change & Transformation from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Master’s degree in Education from Universität Rostock.
