Helma Larkin

Helma Larkin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global channel partnerships and account management, currently serving at Personio since July 2024. Prior to this, Larkin held the position of VP of Account Management (International) at Navan from January 2022 to July 2024, contributing to the company's growth as a leading global SAAS provider. Larkin's career includes significant roles at Google as Country Manager (Sales) for Google Ireland and Head of Enterprise Account Management for Google UK. Larkin also served as a Non-Executive Director at IAB Ireland while representing Google. Previous leadership experience includes Managing Director at Talon Outdoor and various executive positions at Dentsu Aegis Network, including CEO and CFO of Posterscope US. Larkin began the professional journey at PwC in Mergers & Acquisitions and KPMG in Audit & Accounting. Larkin holds a Master’s in Accounting from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, a Bachelor's in International Commerce & Italian from University College Dublin, and has completed an Erasmus Exchange Program at Università degli Studi di Verona.
