Lee Cole

Lee Cole is an experienced professional currently serving as an Account Executive for Mid-Market and previously for SMB at Personio since April 2021, following a role as a Sales Development Representative. Prior to joining Personio, Lee was a Professional Athlete and Coach at Royal Oree THB, where responsibilities included rigorous training and team orchestration as part of the Top Hockey Coaching team. Lee’s coaching expertise also extends to cricket and hockey, having worked as a Cricket Coach at St Andrew's College and a Hockey Coach at Rathdown School, where skills in leadership, communication, and team management were honed. Additionally, Lee worked briefly as a Business Consultant at Computershare, handling sensitive client information and ensuring project standards. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management from Technological University Dublin, attained in 2017.
