Martín Panelati

Martín (Tato) Panelati is an experienced product management leader currently serving as GM Spain and Head of Product for Time Policies at Personio since April 2024. In this role, Martín combines market and product leadership while managing the market P&L and advocating for customer needs. Martín is also a Startup Advisor at Boost Capital Partners, assisting portfolio companies with product development and marketplace strategy. Previously, Martín held director roles at Kavak.com, overseeing product management for customer products and international expansion, and was Chief Product Officer at Workana. As a co-founder of Crecerus, success included enhancing developmental disorder identification for children, winning the MIT 100K Accelerate 2021 competition. Martín holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, where notable achievements included a Legatum Fellowship and contributions to product management clubs. Additional experience includes positions at Kyriba, OLX Group, ITBA, and co-founding Flimbu, consolidating a strong foundation in product development and strategy across diverse markets.
