Nadir Fernández Bahíllo

Nadir Fernández Bahíllo is a Senior Product Analyst at Personio since July 2024 and has served as an External Expert for the European Commission since October 2021, focusing on project monitoring, evaluations, and technical due diligence within Horizon framework initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Product Data Analyst at Taxfix, where Nadir received internal innovation awards, and Product Analyst positions at De Gruyter and Indra, contributing to significant R&D projects in transportation. Nadir co-founded the WiMLDS Madrid chapter, promoting women and gender minorities in machine learning and data science. Additionally, Nadir has a background in music as a bassoonist with orchestras in Mexico and holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Decision Making and Innovation and Technical Engineering in Computer Systems.
