Victoria Viola Riera

Victoria Viola Riera (Röper) serves as the Head of Payroll Sales at Personio, where responsibilities include building, developing, and leading the Payroll Sales organization to ensure accurate and timely payroll solutions for clients. Prior experience at Personio includes the roles of Head of Sales DACH, Manager Sales, and Teamlead Inbound Sales, where Victoria was instrumental in recruiting and managing multiple sales teams targeting the German SMB market.
