Matt Wood

Matt Wood is currently the VP Client Services at Personiv. Prior to this, they were the Director of Recruiting Operations & Executive Recruiter at HireBetter from March 2014 to March 2016. Before that, they were with SmartDog Services as the Business Development lead from January 2012 to December 2014. Matt has also worked with Dell as a Global Resource Management - Delivery Management Advisor from January 2011 to December 2012. Matt's first job was with Princeton Recruiting Group, LLC. where they were a Principal from January 2006 to December 2011.

Matt Wood graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.

They are on a team with Steve Casey - Director Business Development, David Graham - VP Client Services, and Ayushmaan Baroowa - Manager Corporate Development and M&A. Matt Wood reports to David Lesniak, CEO.
