Bo Zarn

Bo Zarn has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They started their career as a Real Estate Appraiser at Pardue, Heid, Church, Smith & Waller, Inc in 1986 and later worked as a Real Estate Appraiser at Realvest Appraisal Services, Inc from 1989 to 1995. In 1995, Bo became a Business Owner at C.E.B. Trust Corp, where they appraised residential real estate and provided consulting services.

In 2008, Bo became an Investor at ControlCam, a company specializing in aerial camera systems and secure cloud-based data management. They continued in this role until 2019. Additionally, from 2011 to 2012, Bo worked as a Collateral Review Appraiser at Digital Risk.

Bo's entrepreneurial spirit led them to become an Investor at MV Portfolios, Inc. (MVP) in 2014. MVP is a patent productization company that assists universities and inventors with their mobile applications and smartphone technology IP. Bo remained in this role until 2019.

Bo also has experience in the emerging field of medical technology by serving as an Operations professional at 1st Rescue, Inc. from 2016 to 2019. 1st Rescue aimed to deliver life-saving medical technology by drones to bystanders at the site of emergencies.

In 2019, Bo joined SpinUp Campus as a Business Development professional. SpinUp Campus connects university scientists with public investors to commercialize biotech and nanotech discoveries. Bo's role involved identifying promising innovations and facilitating investment opportunities.

Most recently, Bo joined PERSOWN in 2020 as a Business Development professional.

Bo Zarn attended Colonial High School in Orlando, where they obtained a general degree with a focus on technical drafting. After high school, Bo Zarn furthered their education by pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree at Florida State University's College of Business. Bo'sfield of study in college was centered around business law and sales management. In addition to their formal education, Bo Zarn also obtained additional certifications such as a Real Estate Sales Associate from the State of Florida and State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser from the Florida Department of State.
