Puranjaya Singh, PhD

Puranjaya Singh, PhD has a long history of work experience. Puranjaya started their career in 1997 as a Consultant at Hewitt Associates. In 1999, they moved to Mascon Global, taking on the role of Director of Human Resources and Organization Effectiveness. In 2002, they became Manager of Leadership Development at Sears, Roebuck and Co. From 2004 to 2009, they worked at Personnel Decisions International, first as a Senior Consultant, then as Director of Consulting Services, India. In 2009, they joined PAN Leadership as Managing Director. In 2010, they co-founded Mettl, taking on the role of Principal Advisor/Chief Psychologist/Co-founder. Most recently, in 2018, they co-founded PerspectAI, taking on the role of Co-Founder & Chief of Strategy.

Puranjaya Singh, PhD, began their educational journey at Hamline University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics between 1988 and 1992. Puranjaya then went on to pursue a Ph.D. in Industrial Relations at the University of Minnesota, which they completed in 1997.
