Niels Klement is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Head of Growth at Perspective.co, where the focus is on developing mobile-first funnels for lead generation. Niels also advises notus' demand generation team on product and strategy. Previously, Niels founded Float, the first demand generation agency in the DACH region, which significantly increased client inbound pipelines and developed a productized service for ad creation. Niels has notable experience with a diverse client portfolio, including ConstantContact, Junto, and Instaffo. Niels is a Startup School Alumni from Y Combinator, and holds an Abitur in Economics and Computer Science from Freiherr-vom-Stein Gymnasium.
