Lindsey Wood

Lindsey joined Perspective in 2018 as Group Head of People to manage the newly set up internal HR Department. Lindsey is responsible for building the internal HR function and supporting Perspective to deliver its corporate strategy and objectives by effectively supporting the Group’s people related requirements.

Lindsey developed her career in HR strategically and operationally across various specialisms such as Employee Relations, Organisation Design and Change, TUPE, Talent Management and Succession Planning, Performance and Reward in a range of sectors including Finance, Infrastructure, Manufacturing and Retail.

Lindsey is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and has a Masters Degree in Strategic Human Resources Management.
