Markus Puhlmann

Markus Puhlmann has a diverse work experience in the field of medical research and development. Markus currently holds the position of Chief Medical Officer at Perspective Therapeutics, starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they served as Chief Medical Officer at Viewpoint Molecular Targeting, Inc. from September 2022 to February 2023. Markus has also worked as the VP Clinical Research at Seattle Genetics from August 2019 to September 2022. Markus held the role of Scientific AVP, Clinical Research at Merck from April 2015 to August 2019. Before that, they served as the Global Clinical Leader, Sr. Director at Bayer HealthCare LLC from February 2013 to April 2015. Markus also worked as the Director, Clinical Development at Amgen from June 2008 to February 2013. Markus started their career as an MSL/Interim Medical Director at Schering Plough from February 2004 to June 2008. Prior to that, they were a Research Fellow at NIH/NCI from 2000 to 2003 and held the position of Assistenzarzt at Technical University Munich, Germany from 1998 to 2000. Markus started their career as a Research Fellow at NIH/NCI from 1995 to 1998.

Markus Puhlmann completed their MD degree in Medicine from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, from 1984 to 1990. Markus also earned an MBA degree from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, from 2001 to 2003.
