Kasia Piasecki

Kasia Piasecki is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment banking and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Managing Partner at European Women in VC since August 2023, Kasia has been the CVO and Founder of ENNBOW Energizing Business Wear since January 2013, a brand focused on sustainable business wear for women. As an Advisor to the Board for Perspektywy Women in Tech and a lecturer on sustainable business models at Cologne Business School, Kasia shares expertise in entrepreneurship and design thinking methodologies. Prior roles in investment banking include strategic advisory positions at Berenberg Bank, Rothschild, and Lazard, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, capital restructuring, and market analysis. Kasia holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from The University of Bonn, earned between 2001 and 2008.
