Phil Scholes is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the energy and water retail sectors. Currently serving as CEO of Loafing About and as an advisor to the Board at Yorkshire Gas and Power since May 2021, Phil has previously held significant roles including Retail & Mission Control Director at Water Plus Business, where leadership encompassed commercial strategy and marketing for the UK's largest B2B water retailer. Phil's extensive career at RWE npower spanned over a decade, during which leadership roles included SME Markets Director and Sales Director for Domestic and SME markets, focusing on sales strategy and customer insight. Earlier, Phil was Customer Services Director at RWE Thames Water, overseeing comprehensive customer relationship management across various segments.
