Valentina Serra-Holm

Valentina Serra-Holm currently serves as the Vice President of Engineered Fluids at Perstorp Group, where responsibilities include outlining and driving the strategic roadmap for the segment. Previously, Valentina held the position of President at UEIL, representing the interests of the European lubricants industry and focusing on SMEs and independent companies. Valentina also served as Business Development Manager at Koras Group and Vice President of Global Product Marketing at Calumet Specialty Products Partners, overseeing R&D and marketing departments. Valentina's experience at Nynas AB included roles as Marketing and Technology Director, Marketing Director, Market Manager, and Senior Technical Coordinator, contributing significantly to marketing strategies and product development. Valentina began a career in research as a Senior Researcher at Åbo Akademi University, developing environmentally friendly technology. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Chemical Reaction Engineering and a PhD in Chemical Plants from Politecnico di Torino, alongside a MSc in Chemical Engineering from the same institution.
