Lisa Thurkettle is a Managing Director of Pertemps, overseeing all corporate contracts to include Utilities, Financial Services, Local & National Government, Warehousing, Distribution, Logistics, Manufacturing and Transport sectors. She joined the organisation in 2007, another high-profile senior leadership appointment as part of the growth strategy. Today, in her role, Lisa is responsible for integrated growth and service delivery of their more complex solutions and partnerships.

Lisa leads large operational teams who together cover the UK ensuring that Pertemps support their clients to make the best use of the talent they provide, delivering successful Contingent and Permanent scalable Direct Delivery models designed to seamlessly integrate in to the client’s businesses.

Lisa is a passionate, enthusiastic and creative solution provider bringing over 25 years’ experience in the recruitment, MSP and RPO business. Lisa’s focus is to embed successful talent acquisition and management models in to their world class client base and provide appropriate solutions from their comprehensive portfolio of services to answer her clients’ most pressing talent challenges.
