Responsibilities included ensuring legislative compliance, managing payroll, and overseeing complete recruitment processes. Vicki's career initiated at Asda, beginning as a graduate recruit and advancing to Team Manager, overseeing multiple departments and facilitating training and succession planning. Vicki holds a CIPD degree in Human Resources Management from Warrington Collegiate Institute.
