Claire Morgan

Claire Morgan is an experienced airport planning professional with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as Consolidation Planning Manager at Perth Airport since February 2008. In this role, Claire focuses on terminal planning and design, encompassing master planning, demand and capacity analysis, facility requirements analysis, and stakeholder management, contributing significantly to a $1 billion transformation program. Prior to this, Claire held multiple roles at British Airways from 1992 to 2005, including Operational Research Team Leader, where leadership involved providing consultancy and analysis across various departments, supporting strategic decision-making, and enhancing operational efficiency. Claire holds an MSc in Operational Research and a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Birmingham.
